The biggest source of value for the Gold Card comes from its bonuses (welcome gift, renewal bonus and monthly bonuses) worth at least Rs. 13,750 over two years.

Beyond the bonuses, you'll still earn good rupee value back of 0.84% on all spend apart from fuel, insurance and utilities transactions (1 point per Rs. 50 spent). There are no annual fees under any circumstances, whereas some other cards require hitting spend minimums to waive the fees. Of the different welcome gift options, the most widely usable is likely the one-way waiver of base fare and airline fuel charges on a Jet Airways flight, the card's biggest source of value over two years. On your daily spend, you'll earn good rupee value of 0.67% on all transactions except fuel (1 point per Rs. 150; 1 point = Rs. 1 in cash).

A number of different perks include Priority Pass and Travel Plus lounge access, various travel insurances, as well as golf and movie benefits. The JetPrivilege HDFC Diners Club Card is one of the best travel rewards cards for high spenders if you fly Jet Airways enough. Although the annual fees are higher than most, the card more than makes up for them with its bonuses of 25,000 JPMiles (worth about Rs. 11,250), 2 one-way base fare waivers and Rs. 1,500 return ticket waivers, the biggest value source for the card. You can also earn an additional 15,000 JPMiles (worth Rs. 6,750) if you can spend Rs. 150,000 in your first 90 days, but most may find this requirement difficult.
