First, of fuel cards, it provides the highest rupee value back for high spenders, as there is no monthly cap on rewards you can earn. And, it's great for those of any age or income level, as long as you fuel at HPCL. Although this card has no bonuses, it still provides great rewards based on your general spend on the card. For example, fuel spend at HPCL pumps will net you an excellent 4% rupee value back (2.5% cashback + 6 points per Rs. 100, where each point is worth Rs. 1.50 in fuel vouchers).

For spend on all other retail categories, you will earn a below average 0.50% rupee value back. Last, the card offers American Express Lounge Program access. In sum, get this card if you're a high spender or don't want age/income restrictions and you go to HPCL.

While it doesn't provide any welcome or renewal bonuses, this card gives an excellent 4% net cashback on all fuel spend, subject to Rs. 750 minimum transaction, with max Rs. 100 cashback per transaction and Rs. 200 per month. Not only that, you'll also earn excellent 5% cashback on utility and phone bill spend (again, be mindful of the earning restrictions). All other categories will net you a fairly poor 0.16% rupee value back, so this is certainly a card for those who are focused on fuel/utilities/phone spend.

The two IndianOil Citi Credit Cards (Titanium or Platinum) are great choices if you're looking for no age or income restrictions and you fuel at IOC. You'll earn great rupee value back of 2.67% on fuel at IndianOil (4 points per Rs. 150) and a 1.33% rebate (2 points per Rs. 150) on groceries. For all other spends, you can still earn 0.67% (1 point per Rs. 150), which is also above average for general spend rewards.
