The SimplyCLICK SBI Card is a great online shopping credit card, especially on Amazon. For instance, on Amazon and other select online retailers, the card earns a solid 2.50% rewards rate (10 points per Rs. 100 spent, 4 points = Rs. 1). Furthermore, the SBI SimplyCLICK offers a decent rewards rate of 1.25% on all online spending (5 points per Rs. 100, 4 points = Rs. 1). However, the card earns a below average rate of 0.25% (1 point per Rs. 100, 4 points = Rs. 1) on all other spending categories. Therefore, this card is a good fit for consumers who are seeking a card for online shopping, but not those seeking a card for everyday use.

SimplyCLICK SBI Card vs. SBI FBB STYLEUP Card

Consider this if you shop at Big Bazaar

Age Requirement None listed by issuer
Annual Income Requirement None listed by issuer

The FBB SBI STYLEUP Card is another great shopping card, due to the discounts and rewards it offers on Fbb and Big Bazaar stores. For instance, the STYLEUP card earns a 10% discount alongside a 2.50% (10 points per Rs. 100 spent, 1 point = Rs. 0.25) rewards rate at these stores.

The 2.50% rewards rate also applies to Food Bazaar and other dining spending. This rate is the same as the elevated rate offered by the SimplyCLICK Card for Amazon and other online retailers. The SimplyCLICK Card also offers an elevated 1.25% rewards rate for all other online retailers. Notably, both cards have a relatively low overall rewards rate. Therefore, if you are interested in Big Bazaar or dining spends, the STYLEUP Card would be more suitable; however, for online spending, SimplyCLICK would be a better fit.

SimplyCLICK SBI Card vs. SBI Card Prime

Consider this if you are interested in a more versatile card that also happens to be the best for utility spending in India

Age Requirement None listed by issuer
Annual Income Requirement None listed by issuer

The SBI Card PRIME is the best card for utility bills. For instance, the card earns a 5% rewards rate (20 points per Rs. 100 spent; 4 points = Rs. 1) on utility bill spends, the highest in India. Additionally, the SBI Prime card offers 3.75% back (15 points per Rs. 100 spent) on online groceries from BigBasket. Moreover, the Prime card earns high rates on general dining, groceries, department stores and movie spends at 2.50% (10 points per Rs. 100 spent).

These rates are all higher than those offered by SimplyCLICK. However, the Prime Card charges a high fee of Rs. 2,999, whereas the SimplyCLICK charges a lower fee of Rs. 499. As a result, we recommend the Prime Card to consumers looking for a more versatile option in regards to spending categories; however, for those that cannot afford the fee but are still interested in online shopping, we recommend the SimplyCLICK.

SimplyCLICK SBI Card vs. SimplySAVE SBI Card

Consider this if you are looking for a decent rewards card with great lounge access

Age Requirement None listed by issuer
Annual Income Requirement None listed by issuer

The SimplySAVE SBI Card is a solid card for consumers that are interested in dining, groceries, movies and retail. For example, the SimplySAVE Card earns 2.50% (10 points per Rs. 100, 1 point = Rs. 0.25) on dining, groceries, movies and retail. Depending on the cardholder's goals, this can be even more valuable than the 2.50% offered by SimplyCLICK on Amazon and other online retailers. Both cards also have a low general spends rate at 0.25% and relatively low-fee of Rs. 499. As a result, we would recommend the SimplySAVE for consumers looking for a card that they can use on dining, groceries, movies and retail for a relatively low-fee, whereas we would recommend the SimplyCLICK for those seeking a relatively low-fee card for online spending.
